We are a Private Company, of over 50 years standing, capable of producing all types of transmission components and specialising in sub-contract manufacture of high quality ground and Finish Hobbed gears from 20mm by 0.5 module up to 1200mm by 32 module and Gleason cut and lapped spiral bevels up to 750mm diameter.
We presently employ 77 people of whom 60 are directly employed in manufacture.

We were awarded BS5750 Part 2 in 1989 ( Now ISO9002 ), and are committed to manufacturing quality products for our various customers on the latest machine tools.
Our present turnover is £ 4,000,000.
As can be seen from our Brochure we have invested heavily in the latest CNC Gear Manufacturing and CNC Gear Checking Machines.
We are able to produce gears in batches of 1 off to several thousand and are constantly required to develop prototypes for all industries requiring short lead times. We are interested in long-term supply contracts and are willing to invest in specialist machines where required.
