Gear Cutting

External: CNC gear hobbing facility to produce spur, helical, crowned, tapered gears up to 1200mm diameter, 500mm face width, 20Mod.
Internal: Up to 800mm diameter, 180 face width, 7Mod.
Spline hobbing: Up to 250mm diameter, 1000mm long, (longer in certain cases)
Worm milling: Up to 150mm diameter, 750mm long.
